Dear Competitors!

As athlete's Liaison at Triangle since the first edition of Monaco Ironman 70.3, I look forward to September when I can welcome you all at the Registration desf of the Ironman Expo Village, and of course at the Starting Line on Sunday at 7am for a shot of adrenaline!  

Athletes' registration and communication, volunteers’ co-ordination and communication, administration, bookkeeping, webmaster assistant are my tasks all year long. My work is mostly done ahead of the race ; on Race Day, I am pretty relax... So on that special Day, I count on all of you!

Thank you for your email and Congratulations for your race registration!
Friday 4TH (9am-7pm) or saturday 5TH (9am-1pm), come to the Ironman village (Larvotto Beach) to pick up your registration package. Please bring along your ID and your yearly triathlon licence. If you do not have a triathlon licence, then bring along your ID + a medical certificate +40 euro to buy a day licence.
 
Please take 5 min to read the articles LICENCE to understand everything about the check in and BIKE CHECK IN pour regarding bike and bags check in for Saturday afternoon! Also remember to download the RACE PROGRAM of the Monaco Ironman 70.3!

Bonjour Samuel, Thank you for your email. At the RUN aidstations, Volunteers wil hand you out water and Infinit drinks in a cups.
